Why me
- Many years in the field. 20 years in IT, 15 of them in management, including leading 42 people in an international company. Today I lead a delivery team at Siemens Healthineers.

Is your employer paying? Company rate: 90 € per session, Focus 940 €, Growth 1,010 €, invoiced directly to the company.

How it works
- Book a free 20-minute intro call on findacoach.eu. No preparation needed - just think about what you want to change and what a good outcome would look like.
- We agree on goals and format. Together we choose coaching or mentoring, a single session or a package, and online or in-person meetings.
- Regular sessions. Usually 60 minutes, online, by phone, or in person in Bratislava, or at a place we agree on. Between sessions you can reach me by phone or email.
A session can be cancelled no later than 12 hours in advance; otherwise it counts as completed.
Frequently asked questions
Is it confidential?
Yes. Everything we discuss stays between us, in line with the ICF Code of Ethics. If your company pays, I only confirm attendance – never the content.
Can my employer pay for it?
Yes. I invoice the company directly at the company rate. Coaching and mentoring are often covered by the education or development budget – ask your manager or HR.
How many sessions will I need?
A specific topic or situation can often be handled in 1–3 sessions. A lasting change in how you lead or live usually takes 3–6 months – that’s why the Focus and Growth packages exist.
Online or in person?
Both work well. Most clients meet online; in person we can meet in Bratislava, surrounding areas or at your company.
Do you also meet in person outside Bratislava?
Yes, by arrangement. Travel costs are added to the price.
Which language?
English, Slovak or Czech.
Do you mentor whole teams?
Yes. Besides individuals I work with management teams and agile or IT delivery teams. Let’s discuss your situation during the intro call.
